My approach is authentic, innovative and grounded in scientific evidence.

In my previous career life, I turned to mindfulness and coaching to ease the stress, overwhelm and lack of focus I was experiencing.  Within a short period of time, I not only transformed my perspective at work but, more amazingly, I transformed the perspective of other colleagues around me.  I visualized how I could be of maximum impact at my workplace and the outcome was nothing short of extraordinary: I won a national award for the workplace wellness initiative I created.

Part instruction and part practice, Mindful Results Coaching is designed for teams to experience and then integrate the key skills towards a more effective, fulfilling and sustainable work-life. In a supportive and respectful environment, participants gain their own virtual toolkit of mindful best practices for optimal results at work with one another and as individuals.
