What guides the choices you make? Do you look to other people or do you go with your gut, your intuition?

What guides the choices you make?

Do you look to other people or do you go with your gut, your intuition?

In a recent BBC interview, New Zealand PM Jacinda Arden was asked about the compassionate style of leadership for which she is receiving criticism.

Her response: "I am trying to chart a different path; that will attract critics. But I can only be true to myself and the form of leadership that I believe in."

Arden's powerful and provocative message is one which I will be exploring with a panel of trailblazers on December 3rd at The MoMentum Talks.

The theme is Authentic Leadership + Motherhood and I'll be joined by three powerhouse leaders, who happen to be moms, for an honest and empowering conversation.

One of those panelists is Lauren Brett Randolph.

Randolph is the Executive Director of one of Canada's elite schools for the performing arts and a coach to the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Like the New Zealand PM, Randolph's unassuming and authentic leadership is largely guided by her EQ - emotional intelligence. And it's been a successful approach: the improvements in staff morale since she stepped up at the College speak to this oft-judged “mushy” brand of leadership.

Come hear more from our panelists on this powerful topic, enjoy wholesome goodies and local beer, network with other working moms and take a gift bag home, curated by The MoMentum.

Click here to get tickets before the early bird offer ends on November 27th!

I can't wait to see you there!!
